Summary: The Senior Engagement Lead at Skills for Care is responsible for leading and managing engagement and communication activities to support government contracts and projects. This role involves developing new engagement methodologies, overseeing a small team, and ensuring effective delivery of the work programme. The position is home-based with travel expectations and is fixed-term until March 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the delivery of engagement and communication activities for Skills for Care contracts.
• Identify and implement new engagement methodologies and tactics across the organization.
• Develop systems and processes to ensure effective delivery of engagement activities.
• Record and report on Key Performance Indicators regularly.
• Oversee and line manage a small team while coordinating with colleagues in a matrixed environment.
