Key Responsibilities:
- Package and deploy enterprise applications to managed laptop environments
- Handle complex deployments including custom plug-ins, certificates, and configuration dependencies
- Coordinate deployment activities with internal engineering teams and third-party providers
- Analyse existing application environments and dependencies (data, Back End systems, identity access)
- Define practical migration scenarios to ensure continuity of user access, permissions, and data
- Support ongoing endpoint and workplace transformation initiatives
- Work closely with infrastructure, identity, and application teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Ensure deployments meet expected user experience standards
- Troubleshoot critical endpoint or deployment issues impacting business operations
- Align with application owners and programme stakeholders on migration plans
- Provide technical clarity around risks, dependencies, and rollout strategy
- Support knowledge transfer and documentation where required
Key Skills:
- Strong experience in modern endpoint management (Intune, Autopilot, SCCM or similar)
- Microsoft 365 ecosystem experience (Entra ID/Azure AD, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)
- Application packaging, deployment, and endpoint configuration expertise
- Windows enterprise environment management (Windows 10/11)
- Identity and access integration awareness within endpoint deployments
- Experience working on workplace transformation, device rollouts, or migration programmes
- Proven troubleshooting capability in critical production environments
- Experience coordinating across technical teams and stakeholders
