Summary: The Senior Employee Relations (ER) Specialist will work on a 6-month contract within a global organization, focusing on delivering ER support across 40 countries. This role involves navigating complex employee issues, ensuring fair treatment, and contributing to the development of ER processes and initiatives. The specialist will collaborate with various stakeholders and provide expertise on international ER matters, while also analyzing data to identify trends and improve practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide subject matter expertise on international ER issues including performance management, investigations, grievances, and terminations.
• Respond to and investigate complaints involving employee conduct that may violate company policies or legal obligations.
• Prepare investigation summaries with factual findings and conclusions.
• Contribute to business change projects such as acquisitions and reorganizations.
• Develop ER processes, knowledge, training, and metrics.
• Manage ER initiatives, including training on key ER policies.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders and partners.
• Assist HRBPs and Managers in implementing sound ER solutions.
• Conduct ongoing analysis of ER data to identify trends and insights.
• Provide guidance on managing employment risk to HR Business Partners and Business Managers.
