Summary: The Senior Electronics Engineering Project Manager role involves managing complex electronic product development projects within a world-class defence organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage detailed design and engineering development of electronic products.
- Deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Drive the design, development, and delivery of electronic sub-systems from concept to production.
- Contribute to the project management team's delivery strategy.
Key Skills:
- Experience in Project Management best practices including Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, Compliance Management, Configuration Management, and Earned Value Management.
- Proven track record of delivering significant projects on time and within budget.
- Experience managing projects through all phases from conception to customer delivery.
- Background in engineering development, particularly with complex systems or electronic units.
- Electronics Development experience is prioritized over industry experience.

World Class Defence Organisation is currently looking to recruit 2x Senior Electronics Engineering Project Manager subcontractors on an initial 12 month contract. The role will be a hybrid of working from home and being onsite 2 days per week (flexibility on this).
Please Note – this role requires a very strong Electronics background or a background of working on electronic focused/biased projects. The position will be managing detailed design of electronics product / engineering development

Your role as a Senior Engineering Project Manager (SEPM) is to deliver our most complex and priority projects to time, cost and quality; to drive the design, development and delivery of our highly complex electronic sub-systems, from concept through into full production. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a senior member of the project management team; someone who will contribute to our delivery strategy.
Skillset/experience required:
