Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the disposal of land and property assets
- Provide strategic property advice to senior stakeholders
- Undertake valuations in accordance with RICS standards
- Prepare and negotiate heads of terms, agreements, and contracts
- Instruct and manage external agents, solicitors, and consultants
- Ensure disposals achieve best consideration in line with statutory requirements

The Role

You will manage complex property transactions from instruction through to completion, providing expert professional advice on all aspects of land and property disposals. This role requires strong commercial acumen, negotiation expertise, and the ability to manage multiple high-value transactions simultaneously.
