Summary: The role of Senior Digital Product Manager involves leading the delivery of Loyalty products for a prominent retail client, focusing on discovery workshops and aligning stakeholder priorities. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy and execution. Candidates should possess experience in eCommerce and retail, particularly in loyalty and search functionalities. This is a 6-month contract with a hybrid working arrangement, requiring occasional on-site presence in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and deliver the Loyalty product by working closely with a range of senior stakeholders across the business including in the UK and EU.
- Lead and shape discovery workshops.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, build and maintain the product backlog, analyse business requirements and produce user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Contribute to the broader culture by evangelising an agile mindset and lean approach.
- Work with the Product Manager and Experience Lead to shape the long-term product vision.
- Deliver key initiatives to meet business objectives.
- Be the voice of the clients Group customer and build strong relationships with key stakeholders to effectively represent customer needs.
- Immerse yourself in insights and learning from competitor analysis, user research and qualitative and quantitative data to inform new ideas and optimisation.
- Explore and champion new ideas, assess project results and celebrate success.
Key Skills:
- Experienced as a seasoned Senior Digital Product Manager.
- Loyalty or Search & Findability experience would be highly beneficial.
- Experienced working on discovery projects would be highly beneficial.
- Experienced with API/Platforms/working closely with Engineering teams would be really helpful.
- Understanding of Agile principles and experience with different methodologies.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Confident working with ambiguity and to challenging deadlines.
- Comfortable with technical conversations - initiating and understanding them.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence at all levels.
- Passionate about solving problems for customers and colleagues.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence would be beneficial, but not essential.

- £650 - £750 per day - Umbrella engagement
- 1 or 2 days a month on site in London
Overview:
We're looking for multiple experienced Head of Product/Senior Digital Product managers to work across a range of new Projects AND Products for our well known Retail client.
These projects are across 2 main pillars of their platform and proposition:
- Loyalty
- Search and findability
We're looking for people who can lead discovery work shops with a range of stakeholders but also delivery focused role, where strategy and roadmap are in place and they need an experienced person to come in drive the delivery of the shaping and approach to their Loyalty producs. As mentioned the client is one of the UK retail brands so experience of Ecommerce of Retail will be a big advantage.
You will work closely with them to align roadmaps, business opportunities with stakeholder priorities and interests across their critical products for this client. Working closely and as the conduit between Digital, Engineering and the Business.
