Senior Digital Product Manager

We are seeking a high-impact Senior Digital Product Manager to spearhead the evolution of customer-facing web and mobile platforms. You will bridge the gap between complex utility services and seamless digital experiences, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize high-traffic self-service journeys for millions of users.

The Role

• Lead the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and backlog management for high-priority digital account management and payment journeys.
• Collaborate daily with cross-functional squads including UI/UX Designers, Software Engineers, and Data Analysts to ship impactful features.
• Define and track granular KPIs and success measures, using tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics to drive continuous product iteration.
• Prioritize high-value delivery by balancing commercial objectives, technical feasibility, and complex regulatory requirements.
• Act as the digital evangelist, communicating product vision to senior stakeholders and translating customer pain points into technical requirements.

What You'll Need

• Extensive experience in Senior Product Management role, specifically delivering B2C customer-facing web or mobile app journeys.
• Proven track record in Digital Service Design, with deep knowledge of self-service, billing, and automated payment flows.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with deep proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and roadmap visualization tools.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to navigate complex technical constraints in regulated sectors like Utilities, Energy, or Finance.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing leadership through data-backed storytelling and clear product vision.
