Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead digital marketing strategy and execution for customer acquisition.
  • Lead a small digital marketing team and collaborate with analytics, commercial, finance, and clinical teams.
  • Audit existing marketing activities and manage the paid acquisition roadmap.
  • Oversee PPC, affiliates, and paid social activity trading and optimization.
  • Create and manage high-performing paid search campaigns.
  • Own the affiliate marketing plan with external agency support.
  • Execute paid social campaigns in collaboration with the social media agency.
  • Report on performance weekly and optimize activities based on trends.
  • Manage feed optimization and product performance improvements.
  • Leverage Google Analytics for performance analysis across all channels.

Key Skills:

  • Degree level qualified in a marketing-related field.
  • Extensive experience managing PPC campaigns, preferably in e-commerce.

  • Experience in affiliate management is desirable.
  • Familiarity with paid social and display advertising is a plus.
  • Understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

Role: Senior Digital Marketing Lead

Salary: £45k - £55k per annum DOE, plus up to a 10% discretionary annual bonus, plus extensive benefits

As Senior Digital Marketing Lead, you will spearhead Pharmacy2U’s digital marketing strategy and execution, driving growth across customer acquisition within our e-commerce shop. You will lead a small digital marketing team and collaborate closely with analytics, commercial, finance and clinical teams to deliver impactful campaigns and optimize performance. The role will involve contributing to auditing our existing activity and lead on our paid acquisition roadmap, being responsible for the trading and optimisation of our PPC, affiliates and paid social activity.

What you’ll be doing?

  • Paid search: Create and manage high performing paid search campaigns, leveraging new tools and features.
  • Affiliate management: Own our affiliate marketing plan, with help from our external agency.
  • Paid social management: Work with our social media agency to execute across paid social.
  • Trading and reporting: Report back to the business on performance weekly at trade calls, owning initiatives, calling out trends and optimising activity.
  • Feed optimisation and management: Be responsible for our feed management software and continuously improve products to increase performance.
  • Analytics: Be able to leverage Google Analytics to analyse performance and trends across all channels, not just paid, to gain important understanding of overall performance.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends: Keep abreast of digital marketing trends and best practice.
  • Team management: Demonstrate strong team membership, management and mentoring skills.

Who are we looking for?

  • Degree level qualified in a marketing related field

  • Proficient in digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Merchant Centre, Editor etc
  • Demonstrated ability in affiliate management is desirable
