Senior Digital Marketing Executive (Paid Media - Search & Social) Fixed Term Contract
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our team here at Lands’ End Europe. This role is a fixed term contract for at least 3 months but with possibility to extend for the right candidate for a longer fixed term contract or permanent role depending on business needs. The successful candidate must be immediately available to start following the selection process.

A Little About The Role
The Senior Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for delivering, and optimizing integrated paid media marketing campaigns to grow our customer base across all European markets (DE/UK/FR). This role involves working closely with the Paid Media agency, managing budgets, placements, creative and the full paid media calendar. The role also ensures that all advertising and promotional activities support the Lands' End brand and are managed within the agreed budget.

What you’ll be doing
- Campaign Management: Support daily channel management across Paid Search and Paid Social and with exposure across other digital channels as we evolve our marketing mix.
- Agency Coordination: Manage relationships with online agencies to develop budgets and strategies for paid media channels such as affiliates, retargeting, programmatic display, social media advertising, and more.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish performance expectations and monitor campaign effectiveness through regular analysis of KPIs and ROI metrics.
- Process Improvement: Proactively challenge existing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall performance.
- Support Leadership: Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in achieving short term objectives and contribute to the broader marketing strategy.
