Summary: The Senior Digital Marketing Executive will be a vital member of the digital acquisition team at a leading online pharmacy, focusing on growing the online shop through various paid media channels. The role involves managing paid media campaigns, performance analysis, and budget allocation to ensure sales growth and positive ROI. Key Responsibilities:
- Launch, optimise and scale paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and AWIN.
- Take ownership of marketing spend to drive performance against key metrics.
- Run tests to efficiently scale up spends across core channels.
- Oversee and optimise the product feed for effective promotion of offers.
- Provide performance updates in weekly trade calls and to key stakeholders.
Key Skills:
- GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English Grade C or above.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Understanding of digital media principles (CPC, auctions, etc.).
- Experience in PPC, affiliates, and paid social marketing.
- Extensive experience in growth/performance marketing, specifically in e-commerce.
- Proven experience with key digital marketing platforms.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
