Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver digital creative across campaigns, UX projects, CRM, editorial, paid marketing, and social.
- Apply best practices in responsive design across web and email.
- Act as a guardian of the Digital Design System, maintaining consistency and evolving it.
- Guide designers, agencies, and freelancers in using templates and components correctly.

Key Skills:
- 6+ years' experience as Digital Designer or Senior Designer.

- Strong understanding of usability, performance, and conversion principles.
- Advanced working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

- Stay tuned into culture, competitors and platform trends, sharing references that keep the work relevant.
- Explore new tools, technologies and techniques, applying them where they add genuine value.
- Understand how content performs across platforms and tailor creative decisions accordingly.
What we need from you:
- 6+ years' experience as Digital Designer or Senior Designer within a brand, studio or agency with demonstrable experience leading digital projects from start to finish.
- Strong experience delivering digital creative across CRM, campaigns, paid media and social.
- Confidence owning projects from concept through to delivery.
- Comfortable presenting work, explaining rationale and responding constructively to feedback.
- Experience working with and contributing to digital design systems.
- Strong understanding of usability, performance and conversion principles.
- Experience collaborating across creative, brand and marketing teams.
- Tools: Advanced working knowledge of Figma, including components, auto layout and design systems.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop.
- Working knowledge of After Effects for motion or animated assets.
- Proficiency in InDesign and Illustrator where required.
- Familiarity with collaborative tools and asset management systems.
- Interest in emerging AI tools and digital workflows is welcomed.
