Location: Bristol, Swansea (Hybrid)

Salary: £42,848 - This role attracts an additional allowance of up to £4,000 per annum, depending on level of qualification.

Contract Type: Permanent

Flexible working, Full-time, Job share, Part-time

You will work closely in a small, dynamic team and will be responsible for the end-to-end contract management and continuous improvement of Digital and Data contracts across the entire commercial lifecycle from pre-procurement planning and market engagement, through procurement in collaboration with the Digital Services & Technology Commercial team, to contract management, performance improvement, benefit realisation, and contract exit.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with extensive experience in commercial and contract management, capable of overseeing a diverse portfolio of contracts ranging from large-scale, multi-million-pound agreements to smaller, specialist arrangements. You will bring strong leadership skills to guide and inspire your team, ensuring high performance and effective collaboration. Excellent organisational abilities are essential, as you will be required to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. As a confident and persuasive communicator, you will be comfortable handling difficult conversations, influencing stakeholders, challenging decisions when necessary, and providing clear direction to support successful outcomes.

The role holder is required to be Membership of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (MCIPS) qualified or prepared to obtain this qualification post appointment. If not already held, the role holder will be expected to work towards the Cabinet Office Contract Management Capability Programme Expert Level when in post.
