Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build Azure Landing Zones using the Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF).
  • Migrate on-prem workloads to Azure using rehosting, re-platforming, and refactoring approaches.
  • Implement and maintain container orchestration with Kubernetes and Docker (Azure Kubernetes Service).
  • Drive DevSecOps practices, embedding security into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, PowerShell, and scripting languages.
  • Implement robust security controls, monitoring, and alerting across cloud platforms.
  • Support disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and cost optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in complex environments (on-prem and Azure).
  • Deep knowledge of Azure services (Compute, Networking, Security, Data).
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps YAML pipelines, CI/CD, and security integration.
  • Strong background in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, PowerShell, Bash).
  • Expertise in Azure Kubernetes Service and containerisation strategies.
  • Solid understanding of cloud security principles, cryptography, and secure development lifecycle.
  • Experience with vulnerability management, privileged access, and secrets management.
  • Familiarity with ElasticSearch, Linux, and configuration management tools.
