Summary: The Senior Developer (Technical Architect) role at The Resolute Group involves leading the development and maintenance of web services and visualization dashboards within the Transportation sector. This position requires collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of technical products that meet stakeholder requirements. The role emphasizes a blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills, as it is embedded within an analytical team. The contract is fixed-term for 12 months and includes a hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to design and develop web services that support various analytical projects.
• Utilise wireframing software, ideally Microsoft Azure, to create prototypes and user interface designs.
• Develop and maintain static and dynamic web front-ends, including interactive dashboards, interactive GIS models, and data visualisations.
• Work with web-centric programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, and PHP to create scalable and efficient solutions.
• Engage proactively with stakeholders to adjust and refine web pages in real-time based on feedback and evolving needs.
• Ensure best coding practices, functionality alignment, and smooth delivery of website development projects.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience in designing and developing web services.
• Familiarity with wireframing tools, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on experience in website development with strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
• Flexibility to be in the Manchester office 2-3 days per week.
