Summary: The role of ServiceNow Developer / Architect involves collaborating with the ERP Product team to enhance business solutions and engage with stakeholders to gather requirements. Key Responsibilities:
- Working with the ERP Product team to deliver improvements and propose solutions to achieve strategic goals.
- Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify creative solutions.
- Documenting architecture decision papers and design documents for stakeholder presentation.
- Developing proof of concepts and supporting complex development work.
Key Skills:
- Prior experience on ServiceNow platform in architecting, administering, and supporting the toolset.
- Proven experience on ITOM discovery, ITSM, and CMDB modules.
- Demonstrable experience as a developer with a strong understanding of architectural methodologies.
- Ability to be proactive and utilize attention to detail skills.
- Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships.

Role Responsibilities:
- Working with the ERP Product team to deliver improvements and propose the best possible solutions to achieve the business’ strategic goals
- Engaging with stakeholders and the wider business to gather requirements and identify the best possible and creative solutions
- Document Architecture decision papers and Architecture design documents, presenting these to stakeholders across the business
- Develop POCs and support on complex development work
Skills:
Minimum:
- Prior experience on ServiceNow platform in the capacity of architecting, administering and supporting the toolset
- Proven experience on ITOM discovery, ITSM and CMDB modules
- Demonstratable experience as a developer with a strong understanding of architectural methodologies, having the willingness to be proactive and hands-on
Essential:
- Ability to be proactive and utilise attention to detail skills
- Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships
