Summary: The role of Senior DevOps Engineer focuses on leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable cloud infrastructure, primarily using Azure and AWS. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on Azure container platforms using: Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Container Registry (ACR), Azure Container Instances (ACI), Azure App Services, Azure API Management (APIM)
  • Lead migration of legacy applications to containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (CircleCI experience a plus)
  • Implement container security: ACR scanning, Pod Security Standards, AKS network policies
  • Manage AKS cluster operations: upgrades, node pools, auto-scaling
  • Ensure compliance with IAM, PIM, RBAC policies
  • Respond to incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and maintain runbooks
  • Chair/attend relevant committees and uphold infection prevention responsibilities

AWS My leading client is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Azure and experience on AWS to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable cloud infrastructure. You'll be instrumental in driving containerization initiatives, enabling CI/CD pipelines, and embedding security best practices across platforms. This is a hands-on technical role with a strong emphasis on mentorship, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
