About the opportunity
You'll work closely with the Head of Delivery and senior stakeholders across the organisation to create and drive delivery plans for key Data & Analytics initiatives.
This role sits above individual product or project delivery, focusing on improving consistency, governance, planning, and delivery performance across a broad portfolio of work.
You'll play a key role in bringing greater structure and predictability to delivery, managing dependencies across teams, and helping mature delivery practices across the wider directorate.

What you'll be doing
- Creating and maintaining delivery plans across multiple strategic initiatives
- Working closely with senior stakeholders to align priorities and outcomes
- Managing dependencies, risks, and delivery challenges across teams
- Supporting governance, reporting, and delivery assurance activities
- Helping define and implement delivery best practices and standards
- Driving greater consistency, predictability, and transparency across delivery teams
- Coaching and influencing teams to improve ways of working
What we're looking for
- Strong Delivery Management experience within complex organisations
- Experience operating at SFIA Level 6 or equivalent seniority
- Proven ability to manage delivery across multiple workstreams or portfolios
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership engagement
- Experience improving delivery frameworks, governance, and ways of working
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes across large matrix environments
- Background working in data, digital, technology, or transformation programmes is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
