Summary: The Senior Delivery Manager will oversee multiple engineering squads within an insurance company, focusing on software and product delivery. This role requires collaboration with various teams, including engineers and data analysts, to develop delivery plans and roadmaps. The position is initially for a 6-month contract and is based in London with a hybrid working arrangement. The role is classified as inside IR35.

Eames Consulting is working with an Insurance company to secure the services of a Senior Delivery Manager on an initial 6 month contract basis to begin with.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Working with various Engineering teams - Software and product.
- Looking after multiple squads which include but are not limited to; Engineers, Data Analyst's, Software Engineers, Tech Leaders, Scrum Masters.
- Delivery plans, roadmaps etc...
- Insurance background.
- Agile methodologies.
