Senior Delivery Lead - Insurance/Healthcare, Partnerships, Mobilisation
My client is an instantly recognisable brand who urgently require a Senior Delivery Lead with a proven track record in the Insurance/Healthcare/Financial Services sector(s) and demonstrable experience working on Partnerships, 3rd Party relationships and Mobilisation, having worked in Product Operating Model environments.
Key requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Delivery Lead with a strong and recent track record in the Insurance/Healthcare/Financial Services sector(s)
- Demonstrable experience of working on Mobilising commercial Partnerships with external 3rd Parties, with focus on commercial growth/revenue growth
- Previous experience of working in a Product Operating Model environment
- Business Change and operational process expertise
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to pull internal and external stakeholders together
- Ability to scope out requirements and assimilate different project types at differing stages with ease
- Track record of End-to-End complex Project Delivery experience
- Highly proficient in risk, resource and cost/benefit management
- Outstanding communication skills
- Flexible approach towards hybrid working (including possible travel to other sites across the UK)
- Immediate availability to start
Nice to have:
- Demonstrable experience of eCommerce/Digital Projects within the Insurance/Healthcare/Financial Services sector(s)
- Lean Six Sigma/Agile certification (or equivalent)
