Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Systems Integrator Horizontal.
- Provide governance, financial management, supplier oversight, and project reporting.
- Line management of a cross-functional team including 3rd party Systems Integration resources.
- Oversee programme governance, financial oversight, supplier performance, and adherence to delivery standards.
- Own programme-level reporting, including integrated dashboards, risk and issue tracking, and executive-level updates.
- Establish and embed project delivery standards across the programme.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery assurance and governance processes.
Key Skills:
- Proven leadership experience within large-scale programmes.
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary delivery services teams.
- Strong understanding of financial controls, budget management, and supplier governance.
- Experience with ADO (Azure DevOps) tooling and project reporting frameworks.

The role

Drive continuous improvement in delivery assurance and governance processes.
You have
Proven leadership experience within large-scale programmes. Experience managing multi-disciplinary delivery services teams. Strong understanding of financial controls, budget management, and supplier governance. Experience with ADO (Azure DevOps) tooling and project reporting frameworks.
