Summary: The Senior Data Tester role involves working as a contract Data Test Analyst for Stellarmann, focusing on delivering technology and change programs for a global insurance business. The position requires advanced SQL skills, experience with data testing across various systems, and collaboration with other data testers. The role is hybrid, requiring three days a week in the office located in Central London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced SQL skills and experience with Snowflake.
- Test data contracts, mappings, and transformations across systems.
- Test Microsoft BI reports and validate report outputs.
- Design and execute data validation and reconciliation test cases.
- Identify, report, and manage data quality issues through to resolution.
- Work with various data sources like Oracle, Postgres, NoSQL, Amazon S3, and RDS.
- Support BAU by building robust regression packs.
- Collaborate with other data testers to ensure alignment across teams.
- Experience with Cypress test automation or insurance systems is a bonus.

Our sister company Stellarmann are looking for a contract Data Test Analyst. Stellarmann build teams of associates to deliver technology and change programmes, in this case for a global insurance business.
You'll be great for this role if:
• You have advanced SQL skills and experience with Snowflake
• You’ve tested data contracts, mappings, and transformations across systems
• You’ve tested Microsoft BI reports and validated report outputs
• You’re experienced in designing and executing data validation and reconciliation test cases
• You can identify, report, and manage data quality issues through to resolution
• You’ve worked with a variety of data sources like Oracle, Postgres, NoSQL, Amazon S3, and RDS
• You’ve worked in fast-paced data environments and understand dependencies across platforms
• You’ve supported BAU by building robust regression packs
• You’re confident collaborating with other data testers to ensure alignment across teams
• Experience with Cypress test automation or insurance systems (particularly claims) is a bonus
This is an outside IR35 Contract paying competitive market rates. The role offers hybrid, 3 days per wek working in offices based in Central London.
