The Role
This is an opportunity for a Data Scientist who enjoys being hands-on, taking ownership and making things happen.
You’ll take responsibility for existing BAU analytics and production data science across two international markets, ensuring everything remains reliable, accurate and business-ready.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analytics Monitor international revenue performance across the UK and Canada, investigating anomalies and identifying early indicators of revenue movement.

- Support experimentation and A/B testing, including experiment monitoring, analysis and promotion decisions.
- Maintain data quality by triaging pipeline failures, tracking gaps and partner feed issues.
- Handle data and regulatory requests, including DSAR, RTBF, complaints data and FCA regulatory reporting, often within same-day or next-morning deadlines.
- Represent Analytics in business reviews and cross-functional forums, translating complex technical detail into clear business insight.
Data Science

You should have: 5+ years’ experience across data science and analytics, including production models and BAU analytics.
Strong SQL and Python or R skills.
Experience working with existing codebases and data pipelines.
Hands-on experience maintaining production ML models, including refresh, retraining, monitoring and troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of model performance monitoring and data quality.
The ability to quickly understand and take ownership of established BAU processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A degree or advanced qualification in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics or equivalent experience.
