Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain data quality, profiling and reporting
- Support metadata, taxonomy, classification and data lineage
- Contribute to AI governance, including model monitoring, bias and drift
- Analyse data to identify risks, trends and opportunities
- Support data and AI risk assessments
- Work with senior stakeholders across Digital, Risk, Compliance and the wider business
About you
- You'll have experience in Data Management, Data Analysis or Data Governance, with strong skills in:
- Data quality and profiling
- SQL and Python
- Metadata, lineage and taxonomies
- AI/ML concepts and model monitoring
- Working within a regulated environment, ideally insurance or financial services
- GDPR, data protection and responsible AI
