- Collaborate with Pricing Analysts and Data Scientists to develop cloud-hosted data assets that enhance pricing capability.
- Promote best practices across the data engineering lifecycle and provide coaching and mentoring to team members.
- Ensure architecture and technologies remain relevant and capable of meeting RAC’s evolving business needs.

- Proven experience as a Senior Data Engineer, with strong leadership skills.

Senior Data Engineers play a pivotal role at RAC , delivering our technical vision through best-in-class data engineering practices. As a senior member of the team, you will influence technology decisions, champion quality and agility, and help shape the future of our data ecosystem. This is an exciting opportunity to join RAC on a 4-month fixed-term contract , working closely with the Pricing Team and aligning with the Data Engineering Team to deliver a critical migration project. The role can be based from either of our Walsall or Bristol sites with hybrid working available.
