Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer with strong experience in banking and trade management, along with expertise in data warehousing and data modelling.
Key Requirements:
- 12-15 years of overall IT industry experience.
- Preferably 3-5 years of experience in Investment Banking/Trade Management.
- Understanding of Vanilla Products, including Macro, Credit and Securitisation.
- Experience with Sybase, Oracle and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Data Warehousing solutions.
- Some knowledge of Python.
- Strong understanding of data modelling patterns: Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, Data Vault.
- Ability to produce Data Dictionaries and Data Models.
- Experience managing them via Bitbucket.
- Knowledge of Liquibase deployments.
- Basic understanding of AWS.
