Key Responsibilities - First 3-6 Months
Lead data engineering project development from concept to deployment
Build and optimize ETL pipelines using Azure Databricks (Spark, Python, SQL)
Implement data quality, security, and compliance measures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cloud migration initiatives
Establish observability and monitoring for production systems
Contribute to architectural decisions for lakehouse implementation
