Summary: The Senior Data Business Analyst role involves building high-quality Power BI reports, conducting deep data analysis, and collaborating with stakeholders to refine solutions and manage queries. The position also includes mentoring junior team members and suggesting new technologies for data management. This is a full-time, fixed-term contract with a flexible hybrid working model. Key Responsibilities:

• Build high-quality Power BI reports and automate reporting where possible.
• Conduct deep data analysis, identify correlations, and address data integrity issues.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, refine solutions, and manage queries.
• Deliver clear insights to help teams interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Suggest new technologies, clean and prepare data, and manage data migration.
• Mentor more junior members of the team.

Key Skills:

• Extensive experience using Power BI to create dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions.
• Proven experience in SQL Scripting and data modelling to design and manage databases effectively.
• Strong background in Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience in Business Intelligence and reporting roles.
• Solid experience in gathering requirements and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
• Desirable: Experience working with CRM systems.
• Desirable: Familiarity with Matillion and/or Snowflake for data integration and cloud data warehousing.
