Summary: My client in West Yorkshire is seeking a Senior Data Analyst on a contract basis to transform inconsistent data into structured insights that aid in decision-making regarding organizational structures and cost efficiency. The role involves working closely with service managers and the Unitisation lead to clean and consolidate data, as well as manage Excel-based models. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement and requires extensive experience in a similar role, particularly within a Local Authority context.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the Unitisation lead and service managers to interpret specifications derived from functional and structural analysis.
  • Clean, standardise, and consolidate data from multiple spreadsheets and sources such as organisational charts.
  • Update figures of insights in presentation slides produced by the Unitisation Lead.
  • Develop and manage Excel-based models.

Key Skills:

  • Extensive experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in PivotTables, Power Pivot, and data models.
  • Experience in VLOOKUP and all basic Excel functions.
  • Local Authority experience is essential.

Salary (Rate): £350 per day

My client in West Yorkshire are looking to appoint a talented Senior Data Analyst on a Contract basis. The analyst will play a critical role in transforming often inconsistent data into structured insights that support decision-making around organisational structures, functional alignment and cost efficiency for financial sustainability.

Extensive experience in a similar role
