Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain BI dashboards and reports.
- Enhance dashboard functionality and user experience based on stakeholder feedback.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in compliance with governance policies.
- Utilize existing data models, warehouses, and ETL processes for analysis and reporting.
- Manage tool consumption and adjust capacity plans as needed.
- Collaborate with department teams to manage service capacity and prevent issues.
