Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of data warehouse, data visualization, dashboards, and regular reporting for internal and external customers using advanced Power BI and SQL.
• Curate data from source systems into Azure Synapse for reporting and analysis.
• Produce regular reporting for senior stakeholders to provide insights on operational performance and contract management.
• Collaborate with teams across Ambition to ensure a comprehensive approach to data tracking and improve data consistency.
• Support and mentor a cross-department team of data analysts on best practices and harmonizing data approaches.

Key Skills:

• Relevant degree or equivalent work experience in data analysis.
• Experience with quantitative data analysis and reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce or alternative CRM systems.
• Proficient in Power BI, DAX, and M Query.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Synapse Data Warehouse.
• Ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
