Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct complex problem analysis and requirements capture/refinement.
- Utilize data modeling techniques (3NF star/snowflake, Data Vault 2.0) with modern tools (erwin, PowerDesigner, Sparx EA).
- Improve the reliability and usability of a business-critical Salesforce platform and its consumers.
- Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to scope and interpret strategic business changes into data concepts.
- Create and maintain data dictionaries, taxonomies, and reference/master data with governance for ongoing maintenance.
- Work with relational and non-relational data stores, data warehouse/lakehouse concepts, and ETL/ELT patterns and tools.
- Engage with data governance frameworks and practical rules.
