Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver accurate, high-quality data analysis and reporting across multiple projects and clients
- Collect, cleanse, and process large datasets using tools such as Excel, SQL, Alteryx, and Power BI
- Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand data requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Build and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports that enable data led decision making
- Ensure data handling and reporting comply with organisational and regulatory standards
- Support continuous improvement through scalable data processes and automation initiatives
- Present data findings and methodologies clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical audiences
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in a data focused role within a commercial, analytical, or compliance-driven environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query and automation tools
- Strong experience using Power BI, SQL, and Alteryx for data transformation and visualisation
- Familiarity with CRM systems for managing client or project data
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator capable of explaining complex data insights to varied audiences

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of complex data projects, work directly with well known UK clients, and deliver meaningful insights that help shape data-driven decisions. In this role, you will manage and analyse large datasets, develop reporting frameworks, and collaborate closely with colleagues and senior stakeholders to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and actionable insight. You’ll also contribute to the development of improved data processes and automation, supporting the organisation’s wider mission of driving positive, responsible business change.
