Senior Data Analyst - HR Data Migration Project

Contract: 3 month rolling interim contract
Location: East London, circa 2 days/week onsite

Rate: £400-£500/day (inside IR35)

We are urgently seeking an experienced Interim Data Analyst to lead a critical HR data migration project.

Our client is modernising its HR reporting capabilities and needs a data expert to drive the migration from a Legacy BOXI environment to a new, scalable platform using Zellis, Databricks and Power BI .

The Role

As the Interim Senior Data Analyst, you will take full ownership of data discovery, analysis and migration activities, ensuring a seamless transition to the new reporting infrastructure. This role offers significant visibility and the opportunity to shape a modern HR data landscape.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience working with HR, Payroll or ERP systems (essential)

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, APIs and data pipeline development

  • Practical knowledge of BOXI

  • A passion for transforming Legacy data into modern, scalable assets
