Summary: The Senior Cyber Security Architect Lead role is a full-time, on-site position based in Aldermaston, requiring active DV clearance. Key Responsibilities:
- Work with functions, projects, and the supply chain to assess sources of Information Risk and make recommendations for management.
- Provide leadership in maintaining awareness of industry best practices in Information Assurance and Information Risk Management.
- Determine the application of overall security architecture to projects and advise project solution architects on security requirements.
- Review high and low-level solution designs for compliance with security architecture and efficacy of security features and tools.
- Oversee IT Health Check and Vulnerability Assessments by approving the scope of tests and overall testing program.
- Provide technical risk assessment analysis.
- Develop the professionalism of Information Risk Management.
- Attend project Security Working Groups and manage when appropriate.
Key Skills:
- Experience of working in a highly secure environment (primarily office-based).
- Experience of applying security concepts relating to complex enterprise solutions.
- Experience of cloud architecture.
- Previous experience of Security Assurance and Security Architecture.
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent.
- An understanding of how to deliver successfully in a regulated environment.
