Summary: The Senior Customer Services Administrator role involves being the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service and ensuring smooth office operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of resolution for customer inquiries.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of company policies and procedures to provide accurate advice.
  • Resolve customer inquiries through face-to-face, telephone, electronic, letter, and text communication.
  • Process sensitive customer information while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive customer care.
  • Analyze case loads and monitor customer inquiries to ensure timely responses.
  • Collaborate with complaints officers to address cases within the 10-day response time.
  • Liaise with colleagues and customers via MS Teams, phone calls, and emails.
