Summary: The Senior Custody Product Manager at HSBC is responsible for enhancing and maintaining the Custody product management functions, driving profitability and client satisfaction within Securities Services. This role requires expertise in custody and securities services, along with strategic thinking to navigate a complex global environment. The position involves managing client improvement plans and representing HSBC in various external and internal engagements. The role is based in London and is expected to last for 6 months with potential extensions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the ongoing development of the Custody product management functions in line with strategic objectives.
• Act as the global Custody Product knowledge expert internally and externally.
• Drive and manage products to improve overall profitability and enhance client experience.
• Manage the custody side of Client Improvement Plans.
• Grow and maintain assets under custody while promoting client satisfaction, digitization, scalability, and innovation.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the global securities services market.
• Represent HSBC with authority in matters relating to Custody to clients, regulators, and advisers.
• Contribute to the wider development and management of the Product and its team members.
