Summary: The Senior CRM Developer/Lead at iXceed Solutions will be responsible for the implementation and development of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 CE Online, focusing on CRM Sales, Marketing, and Service Modules. The role requires strong technical skills in various CRM technologies and the ability to lead a team of junior developers while managing CRM support issues. The position is based in Holborn, UK, and operates in a hybrid work model. Candidates should have 6-10 years of relevant experience in CRM technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and develop Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 CE Online.
  • Work on CRM Sales, Marketing, and Service Modules.
  • Utilize JavaScript, MS CRM SDK, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM customization parts.
  • Develop using .net with a TDD approach.
  • Create plugins and BPF for internal process and data action management.
  • Develop solutions in Power Automate and Power Platform.
  • Manage CRM support issues and coordinate timely resolutions.
  • Drive problem management processes to reduce ticket volume.
  • Work with Dataverse and manage CRM security roles.
  • Integrate with Azure Functions for asynchronous messaging.
  • Lead a team of junior developers in an agile delivery model.
  • Provide oversight to junior developers while managing own deliverables.

Key Skills:

  • 6-10 years of experience in CRM technologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Dynamics 365, Azure functions, Azure DevOps, Plugins, Dataverse, SQL, C# .net.
  • Experience with data customizations, webAPIs, CRM workflows, and Power Automate.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and Power Apps is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience in CRM technologies.
  • Microsoft certifications in MS Dynamics and CRM are advantageous.

Detailed Job Description: Skillset and Key Responsibilities:

  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM Implementation and development of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 CE Online.
  • Good Work experience on CRM Sales, Marketing and Service Modules.
  • Strong experience to use JavaScript, MS CRM SDK, Microsoft Dynamics CRM customization parts, Web-Services.
  • Should be well versed in .net development using TDD approach.
  • Should be well versed in plugin development and BPF development to handle the internal process and data action management.
  • Should be well versed in Power Automate development and Building Solution in power platform.
  • Managing the CRM Support issues and co-ordinate with the team on time closure and drive Problem management process to reduce ticket volume or show cost optimization or implement best practices.
  • Strong Experience with Dataverse and CRM Security roles.
  • Worked on Web API to consume data for interaction with third party.
  • Worked on CRUD operations using REST and Web API calls in JavaScript
  • Worked on Integration technique With Azure Function in Azure Cloud Environment for Asynchronous messaging.
  • Experience of leading a team of junior developers in an agile delivery model.
  • Person should be capable of independently working on his own deliverables and at the same time provide an oversight to junior developers in the team.
  • Good to have - Knowledge of banking domain, telephony, CRM Marketing, CRM Sales modules.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Person should be currently working in CRM technologies and be hands on. Good to have Microsoft certifications in MS Dynamics and CRM.
