Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate complex sector agnostic credit proposals related to large corporates.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and build stress-tested cash flow models.

- Work closely with origination teams, risk management, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare independent credit risk assessments and recommendations.
- Review internal risk ratings and classifications submitted by the First Line of Defence.
- Conduct post-lending monitoring, including entity-specific, industry, and macroeconomic indicators.
- Contribute to the development and review of internal risk appetite and tolerance frameworks.
- Support portfolio management activities including policy updates, ECL modelling, and stress testing.
- Lead or contribute to risk assessments, counterparty risk analysis, and data/model management initiatives.

Your new role Senior Credit Risk Analyst - Large Corporate (2nd Line of Defence) This role involves evaluating complex sector agnostic credit proposals related to large corporates. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting detailed financial analysis, building and stress-testing cash flow models, assessing capital structures, and identifying key transaction risks and mitigants. You will work closely with origination teams, risk management, and external stakeholders to ensure credit decisions align with internal risk appetite and regulatory standards. A strong understanding of debt markets, private equity dynamics, and sector-specific trends is essential, along with the ability to communicate credit views clearly and concisely to senior committees. Prepare independent credit risk assessments and recommendations for new and existing business proposals. Review internal risk ratings and classifications submitted by the First Line of Defence. Conduct post-lending monitoring, including entity-specific, industry, and macroeconomic indicators. Contribute to the development and review of internal risk appetite and tolerance frameworks. Ensure alignment of business origination with credit risk acceptance criteria across geographies, client segments, and products. Support portfolio management activities including policy updates, ECL modelling, and stress testing.
