Summary: The Interim Contract Support Manager role in West Sussex involves overseeing key contract support and customer service functions to enhance Council contracts and frontline services. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative and technical support and projects for the Commercial Services and Contracts Division.
- Collaborate with other managers and liaise with contractors, residents, and external organizations to address queries and issues.
- Assist the Digital team in improving system responses to reduce public and councillor inquiries via digital channels.
- Oversee the Contract Support Team to maintain accurate records, databases, and procedures for frontline services.
- Produce financial reports for the Division and check contract invoices and payments to meet income recovery targets.
- Ensure the Contract Support Team serves as the first point of contact for stakeholders regarding service contracts.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders and the overall administrative function.
