Summary: The Senior Content Strategist/Designer role focuses on enhancing UX, Product, and AI Content Systems for a fintech client in London. Key Responsibilities:
- Audit existing product content to identify strengths and gaps against our brand voice
- Rewrite a small number of high-impact user journeys to set a clear quality benchmark
- Turn these examples into simple, practical rules, patterns, and frameworks
- Create the foundations of a scalable UX content system for day-to-day use
- Develop guidance that works for both humans and AI, including templates, constraints, and prompts
- Collaborate closely with Product Design, Design Systems, and UX Writing to embed new ways of working
Key Skills:
- Strong experience in content design or UX writing for digital products
- A sharp eye for quality and a clear perspective on what "good" looks like
- Proven ability to translate brand voice into effective product content
- Comfortable working from ambiguity and building structure from scratch
- Confidence collaborating with design teams and influencing direction
- Hands-on experience using AI in content workflows, with an understanding of how to shape prompts, rules, and outputs to ensure consistency and quality

About the role
We're looking for a Senior Content Strategist/Designer to join our well established fintech client in London; this contract is for an initial 3 months and is inside IR35 with a hybrid working pattern. This role is seeking expertise in UX, Product & AI Content Systems.
A key part of this role is ensuring that their system works for both people and AI - enabling designers to confidently generate high-quality, on-brand content at scale. This is a hands-on, high-impact opportunity to shape how content is created across a product used by millions.
What you'll do
