UX, Product & AI Content Systems
We're looking for a senior Content Strategist/Designer to help us take a big step forward in how we create product content.
We've recently defined our brand voice. Now we need to bring it to life in the product.
This role is about understanding where our current content is working and where it isn't, showing what great looks like in practice, and turning that into a simple, usable system that teams can rely on.
A key part of this is making that system work for AI as well as people, so designers can confidently generate high-quality, on-brand content.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll help shape how content is created across a product used by millions.
What you'll do
- Audit existing product content to understand what's working and where it falls short of our brand
- Rewrite a small number of high-impact journeys to demonstrate a clear, high-quality standard
- Turn those examples into simple, practical rules, patterns, and frameworks
- Create the foundations of a UX content system that designers can use day to day
- Shape guidance that works for both humans and AI, including templates, constraints, and prompts
- Work closely with Product Design, Design Systems, and our UX writer to embed this into how we work

- Strong experience in content design or UX writing for digital products

- Confidence working closely with design teams and helping shape direction
