The Role
You’ll lead the long-form content engine for a powerful shipping, inventory, and order-management platform used by ecommerce sellers across the UK. This product helps merchants ship faster, manage stock more accurately, and streamline fulfilment across multiple channels - your job is to tell that story.
This is a hands-on, editorially driven role where you’ll shape how thousands of sellers understand the product’s value through case studies, blog series, guides, and thought-leadership. You’ll be the voice behind content that helps merchants scale their businesses.
What You’ll Own
- Editorial leadership - Build and run the long-form content strategy, from ideation to publication.
- Content calendar management - Create a structured, high-impact content plan that feeds into the wider marketing ecosystem.
- Cross-functional collaboration - Work with product, sales, operations, and marketing partners to ensure content is accurate, timely, and aligned to merchant needs.
- Data-driven storytelling - Spot trends in ecommerce and shipping, and turn insights into compelling narratives.
- Brand & thought-leadership integration - Ensure your content supports broader brand and lifecycle initiatives.

Requirements
- Proven track record building or scaling a content marketing program.
- Strong editorial judgement and original writing ability.
- Experience writing for ecommerce, logistics, SaaS, or operationally complex products.
- Comfort interpreting data, spotting trends, and shaping content angles from insights.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts into merchant-friendly narratives.
