Key Responsibilities:

About the Role This is a key role that aims to drive relevance and growth for a market from existing customers maximising automated, personalised and AI driven content. You will be responsible for driving revenue from existing customers by planning and responding to marketing opportunities driven by outbound campaigns, events, sporting outcomes, product developments and calendars across FDJ shopfronts. Where possible and beneficial this role may include the execution of outbound communications to drive traffic to shopfronts to drive incremental sessions based on developments in live matches. Due to the nature of this role and its pivotal importance in driving relevance shifts will be required – these are likely to be: Afternoon evening (weekdays), Weekends, Public holidays.

Due to the nature of the role it is necessary that the successful candidate will be fluent in both French and English Responsibilities Responsible for Site Update & Maintenance - Responsible and accountable for what is being displayed on site, accountable for your market and working closely with Journey Managers. Managing the local offers which include creating & editing promotions pages, optimising the promotions' visibility, analyse the impact of the overall onsite strategy. Fully managing promotional banners in all brands and all “lobbies” and adopting automated solutions where possible. Working with Journey managers on planning, generating and publishing content across all on-site channels in line with Company content calendars, priorities and marketing plans. Day-to-day management of the Company's on-site social content hub – Primarily writing, editing and publishing content (inclusive of images, copy, video), providing content and enhancing user journey to optimize conversion and repeat custom. Briefing required assets or self-serving via Kreate. Support the social strategy team with social media input as and when required. Manage end to end campaign building to support market and global customer retention strategy. Translation/transcreation of marketing content from English into market language for outbound and inbound retention campaigns and supporting landing pages using supporting AI and translation tools where possible. Accountable for content activity being compliant and that sufficient QA and testing processes have been carried out. Accountable for your markets site and that the right personalisation, marketing and promotions are active and inline with events and/or AOM strategy. Represent the virtual market team and strategy and ensuring adoption and representation in AOM Strategy, particularly core sporting and casino events. Occasionally supporting bespoke creative copywriting or editorial needs for core strategic projects. Review key analysis on performance of content and optimise activity towards KPIs. Keep up with industry and content trends as applicable to their role and actively contribute ideas and share insights with stakeholders with the support of the wider team. Share outcomes, trends and insights with the wider team.

Qualifications Advanced written and verbal local language skills within the local market of responsibility. 4 years + of site marketing and experience in creating on-site messaging. Excellent attention to detail. Strategic experience and understanding of AI capabilities. A good understanding of how the gaming industry works; both Casino and Sportsbook marketing. An ability to think creatively and be pro-active about coming up with ideas and new ways of working. Not afraid to challenge the status quo. Experience with/of Optimove and the required Optimove Certification will be seen as an advantage.
