The Role
- Lead discovery workshops and define identity transformation requirements
- Review and assure identity lifecycle, governance and provisioning designs
- Assess application integration, SSO and migration readiness
- Coordinate suppliers and manage cross-functional delivery dependencies
- Support governance, risk management, testing and operational handover
The Person
- Strong experience delivering enterprise identity transformation programmes
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and identity lifecycle management
- Experience with HR-driven workflows and identity governance solutions
- Ability to review complex integrations, migrations and technical designs
- Excellent stakeholder management and delivery assurance skills
- Exposure to Saviynt, Adaxes, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow or SAP preferred
