Summary: The Senior Consultant - Agile Transformation role involves supporting agile transformation engagements and coaching at various levels within an entrepreneurial and diverse environment. This role is part of the Workforce Transformation practice at Infosys Consulting, aimed at helping clients navigate their transformation journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support agile transformation engagements at team and portfolio levels.
- Undertake Agile coaching engagements, including methodologies such as SAFe, DAD, and LeSS.
- Engage in agile delivery roles such as Agile Program Manager, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, or Product Owner.
- Support Lean Portfolio Management engagement.
- Ensure timely realization of client deliverables and outcomes.
- Advise client leaders and support other consultants within the WX practice.
- Contribute to WX thought leadership, intellectual property, and methods/tools.
Key Skills:
- 2+ years of Agile delivery and coaching experience.
- Expertise in Agile, Scaled Agile, and Product Management.
- Recognized Agile qualification or certification (e.g., PSM; SAFe Scrum Master).
- Experience with successful delivery via a recognized agile methodology.
- Proven record of coaching and influencing at team level.
