Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, plan, and deliver complex cross-functional compliance projects
- Coordinate and manage stakeholders across compliance, IT, operations, and external partners
- Create decision papers, reports, and management presentations
- Drive communication and alignment with international project teams
- Support harmonisation of compliance structures
- Identify and manage compliance risks within projects
Key Skills:
- 5 years’ proven experience in compliance or risk management within a regulated environment
- Strong background in independently managing complex projects (ideally international integrations)
- In-depth knowledge of Swiss financial services regulations; US regulatory knowledge (SEC, FINRA, OFAC) is a plus
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Languages: German (good), English (very good)

We are looking for a Senior Compliance Project Manager to strengthen our compliance department on a 12-month assignment with extension potential.
Important: Candidates MUST live in Switzerland and MUST speak German.
What You’ll Do
