Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage a new testing laboratory from the ground up.

Key Skills:
- Minimum 8 years experience as a compliance test engineer, ideally in a lab management capacity.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Are you an experienced compliance engineer with ambitions to lead your own testing lab? This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Compliance Engineer to join a rapidly growing, design-led manufacturing group based in Littlehampton. Youll spearhead the setup and management of a new in-house compliance laboratory, reporting directly to the board and playing a key role in shaping the groups long-term product and compliance strategy. The Senior Compliance Engineer will be mentored by an industry veteran before taking full leadership of the facility.
