Role Overview We are seeking experienced Senior Commercial Managers to provide strategic commercial leadership within a high-profile, enterprise-level programme. This role is not technical or delivery-focused but centres on governance, procurement strategy, and stakeholder engagement across a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. You will play a key role in shaping delivery models, ensuring commercial alignment, and driving value across the full procurement lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial strategy from inception through to contract award
  • Provide programme-level commercial leadership across large-scale initiatives
  • Support delivery model assessment and strategic decision-making
  • Manage end-to-end procurement and commercial lifecycle activities
  • Ensure governance, assurance, and compliance within high-risk environments
  • Influence and engage senior stakeholders (Director level and above)

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
  • Experience working with Crown Commercial Service (CCS) frameworks

Desirable Experience

  • Experience delivering large-scale programme procurements
  • MCIPS (or equivalent) qualification
  • Familiarity with procurement tools such as Atamis
  • Experience in multi-lot framework development , particularly in resource sectors
