Summary: The Senior Commercial Manager Amazon & E-Retail at NEOM Wellbeing is responsible for driving growth and excellence in the company's digital presence across Amazon and e-retail channels. This role involves managing strategic partnerships, overseeing a Commercial Executive, and implementing a commercial strategy focused on profitability. The position is based in either London or Harrogate and is offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management and a passion for wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a 12-month commercial strategy through innovative sales and digital marketing solutions focused on profitability.
- Build, negotiate, and manage a strategic calendar with promotions to boost sales performance across accounts.
- Align plans with retailer strategies and negotiate annual business plans for profitable growth.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with media agencies to achieve strategic objectives.
- Ensure media mix coherence with overall media strategy in collaboration with channel direction.
- Master and own channel and account P+Ls to make strategic decisions and achieve objectives.
- Adapt commercial strategy based on a strong understanding of all accounts across channels.
- Provide clear reports on activity and sales performance, analysing results vs targets and identifying stretch or gap plans.
- Develop measurement frameworks with target metrics and benchmarks for Amazon and eRetail channels.
- Excel in forecasting, setting and communicating targets to the wider business.
- Integrate key brand campaigns and product launches into channel strategy, ensuring external partners align with the vision.
- Achieve online excellence through regular site reviews and optimization.
- Monitor and track sell-in and sell-out performance, identifying stretch or gap plans to achieve forecasted sales.
Key Skills:
- Previous experience with Amazon seller central is required.
- Experience with Amazon vendor central is desirable.
- Previous account management experience of e-partners and pure players is desirable but not required.
- Prior people management experience with strong leadership skills.
- Prior experience within the beauty industry is desirable.
- Genuine passion and enthusiasm for the brand.
- Strong knowledge in the operations and systems, ERP.
- Naturally customer focused, understanding of assets and activation opportunities in UK wholesale.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills; ability to negotiate, persuade and mediate at all levels both within the organisation and with external partners.
- Commercially minded and able to work proficiently with numbers: Forecasting, Margins, P&L, etc.
