Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing robust financials and investor packs
  • Supporting financial due diligence processes and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of financials
  • Building and maintaining multi-year financial models to support strategic growth and valuation activities
  • Providing actionable commercial insights and suggestions to the Senior Leadership Team
  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting and KPI reporting, aligning financial plans with strategic business objectives
  • Developing financial models for business cases, investment appraisals, and profitability analysis
  • Preparing weekly and monthly trading reports, board presentations, and financial commentary

Key Skills:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or international equivalent)
  • Post-qualified experience in a fast-paced commercial environment
  • Strong financial modelling with heavy involvement in mergers and acquisitions activity
  • Preferably practice trained with 1-2 years industry experience but not essential providing the above criteria is met
  • Ability to start within 1 months notice
  • Strong presentation skills, excellent analytical capabilities, and experience partnering with senior stakeholders
  • A strong understanding of SaaS financial and operational metrics (MRR, NRR, CAC, LTV etc.) is desirable

A Senior Commercial Finance Analyst is required to join a fast-paced, market-leading B2B SaaS/Media business on a 9-12 month fixed-term contract. The business is backed by a leading global private equity investor and is undergoing a significant growth and transformation journey in preparation for a future exit.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, the Senior Commercial Finance Analyst will play a high-impact role, supporting financial due diligence, exit readiness activities, and strategic growth initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the Senior Leadership Team, driving key financial insights and improvements at a pivotal stage of the business growth.
